Returns & Refund Policy
This policy applies to purchases made from Recovered Riches, a trading name of Channing's Independent Traders Ltd, a UK registered company.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return an item in accordance with the policy below.
Return Period
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Under UK consumer law, customers also have the right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods (cooling-off period). Our 30 day return policy covers this legal requirement.
Condition of Returned Items
Items must be returned in the same condition they were received in. Items should not be used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Many of the items we sell are vintage, antique, or pre-owned. As such they may show signs of age, wear, or previous use. These characteristics are considered part of the item's condition and will normally be described in the product listing.
Return Postage
Unless the item is faulty or significantly different from its description, the buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage.
We recommend using a tracked service when returning items, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit during return shipping.
Returns should be sent by post unless otherwise agreed in advance. We do not accept in-person returns without prior arrangement.
For large or collection-only items, return arrangements may differ and will be agreed with the customer in advance.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or significantly not as described, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
Where an item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrectly described, we will arrange an appropriate solution which may include a refund, replacement, or repair. In these cases we will cover reasonable return postage costs.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds are normally processed within 14 working days after the returned item has been received.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrectly described.
