The AST Model 66267 is a vintage SVGA CRT monitor in the classic beige colourway of 1990s PC hardware. AST Research was a prominent American computer manufacturer of the late 1980s and 1990s, and their monitors are a recognisable piece of retro computing history. This unit powers on but does not display an image, making it suitable for repair, parts, or as a period-correct prop for film, theatre, or retro PC display setups.

Known Faults & Condition Issues

Powers on but screen does not display
Missing stand
Something loose and audible inside when the monitor is tilted – a tinny metallic sound
Cracks to the plastic housing in various places
Scratches and black marks on the plastics
Scratches on the screen
VGA port has some rust
No power cable included – requires a standard kettle lead (IEC C13)
