A classic vintage single-panel wrought iron fire spark guard with a fine diamond-pattern expanded metal mesh panel set within a rectangular iron frame. The frame is decorated with applied S-scroll and C-scroll ironwork across all four corners of the face, giving it a traditional, ornate appearance. A central arched carry handle with scroll terminals sits at the top of the frame for easy repositioning.

The guard stands freely on two flat bar feet, each finished with a small outward-curling scroll tip at the base. The overall finish is a dark bronze/antique brown, showing natural ageing and patina throughout.
