A beautiful example of classic Danish mid-century furniture design, this teak and Skai chair was produced by Glostrup Møbelfabrik, a respected Danish furniture manufacturer based in Glostrup, Denmark, active during the golden era of Scandinavian design in the 1950s–70s. The combination of warm teak framing with black Skai (vinyl) upholstery is a hallmark of the period – elegant, functional, and timelessly stylish.

A genuinely lovely chair in excellent condition for its age, with the kind of honest patina that only comes with decades of careful use.
