A charming and decorative cast brass inkstand featuring a hinged pierced / reticulated flip-top lid with a central sunflower motif in high relief, surrounded by flowing foliate scrollwork — characteristic of the Art Nouveau aesthetic. Sits on a stepped rectangular plinth base with a beaded / gadrooned border. A lovely desk accessory, display piece, or collector’s item.
