Vintage Art Deco Cinema / Theatre Seats – Row of 3 Fold-Up Chairs

Condition: Used – Vintage. These are pre-owned vintage cinema seats in used condition. Please read all notes carefully and refer to all photos before purchasing.

A rare and striking set of three vintage fold-up cinema or theatre seats in the Art Deco style, featuring red upholstered seats and backrests, wooden armrests, and a metal frame. Complete with original seat numbering. An exceptional statement piece for home cinemas, bars, restaurants, creative studios, film sets, or as a theatrical prop. The seats slot together and can be configured as you like – they do not have to be fixed in a row of three.

Important Notes on Assembly & Fixings

• No screws or bolts are included – the seats slot into place without fixings
• To use safely for sitting, the base should be screwed into the floor or mounted onto a board
• The backrests also require screws to fix to the chair arms (screws not present)
• Without fixings the seats will slot together and stay in place, but we do not recommend sitting on them unsecured
• Some screws on the underside of the seats are loose and difficult to tighten
• The seats appear low in photos as they were originally designed to sit on a stepped/raked floor
• Seat numbers can be sanded off and repainted if desired
• Will be shipped in multiple parcels

Condition Notes

• Wood shows scratches consistent with age and use
• Fabric has collected dust and shows some signs of moth damage in areas – would benefit from reupholstering
• Paint on metal parts may have chips in places
• Please refer to all photos for a full picture of the condition
