A vintage twin-arm brass student table lamp in the classic bouillotte style, manufactured in England and dated October 1999 per the original PAT test sticker on the base. The lamp is constructed entirely in bright polished brass, with a reeded/fluted central column rising from a multi-tiered stepped dome base with reeded banding. Two symmetrical curved brass arms sweep outward from the column, each terminating in a brass candle cup drip tray with an E14 small Edison screw (SES) lampholder. A central finial rod rises above the arms and carries a circular wire shade ring/carrier frame.
